About John Culpepper

John Culpepper was born and raised in College Station, Texas. Growing up surrounded by dozens of cousins, family values and faith have been instilled in him since birth. John has always loved spending time in the outdoors and has a deep appreciation for the land. After graduating from Texas A&M with a BBA in 2017, John combined his passion for bowhunting and knowledge from his family’s commercial real estate business and chose to join the No Fences Land Co. team.

John has been blessed with the opportunity to bowhunt whitetail deer since the age of 10 all the way from Mexico to Canada and many places in between. His passion and knowledge of bowhunting stems from three generations of experience. Now, he primarily chases whitetail in Northeast Kansas with his father and cousins on the property of their dreams. No Fences Land Co. helped the Culpepper family find this property. This experience inspired John to educate property seekers about the benefits and satisfaction of working and hunting their very own land. John knows what it takes to search for and find the “perfect” property. He will work extremely hard for and with you to fulfill your dream of property ownership.
